About Khang also known as KING KHANG!
 
Khang was born and raised in Vietnam. He came to America at the age of 9 with his family. He dropped out of high school at the age of 17. At the age of 18 he met Loan, who is now his wife. Together they moved into a little shed behind a mobile home park and lived there for 5 years. Khang’s first job was working at a factory making $8.50 per hour. 
 
Then Khang discovered real estate at the age of 27, with no help, no connections and no experience. It took him 6 months to close his first deal for $50,000. Later he became a millionaire at the age of 32 through wholesaling real estate. Now he has a team of 7 VA's that run his entire wholesaling real estate business. The team pumps out over $100,000 a month in assignment fees! The crazy part is that the business is done almost completely virtual. So no expensive office space and crazy overhead cost. Khang is all about building a lean machine with no stress and headache. 
 
Khang also currently owns 16 rentals and counting with some Airbnbs. He also has built a massive following on social media with over 4 million followers across all his platforms.
